Use your home loan
If you already have a Nedbank home loan, you can access extra cash quickly by leveraging your bond.
Get asset-based finance
Apply for solar energy finance repayable over 48 months, with only a 10% deposit at a competitive interest rate*.
Apply for a personal loan
Apply for a personal loan of up to N$250 000, repayable over 60 months.
How to leverage your bond
You can borrow from your home loan by registering a second bond if:
- your home's value has increased since the original loan;
- the loan is for improvements that increase the value of your property; and
- you registered a higher bond amount than needed initially, allowing for a readvance* up to the total registered bond amount.
