How to withdraw a Send Money payment

The receiver will get an SMS with a One-Time Pin (OTP) with which they can withdraw the full amount at any Nedbank ATM. Here's how:

  1. Select Cardless transactions.
  2. Select Send Money withdrawal.
  3. Enter your cellphone number.
  4. Enter the amount sent.
  5. Enter the cellphone number.
  6. Enter the OTP number.
  7. Select Confirm.

That's it. Your recipient will then get their cash from the ATM.
