Nedbank Namibia Future of Business Conference 2026 Set to Connect and Empower Namibian MSMEs
July 2026
The Nedbank Future of Business Conference returns on 29 July 2026 at Droombos Estate, Windhoek, bringing together business founders, leaders, and decision-makers from across Namibia and the region for a day dedicated to growth, insight, and connection.
Now in its second year, the conference has grown into one of Namibia's leading platforms for owner-managed businesses and MSMEs, offering practical, real-world strategies.
This year's programme features a strong line-up of Namibian and international speakers, panel discussions, and case studies designed to equip business leaders with tools they can apply immediately. Confirmed speakers include Sven Thieme, CEO of OL Group; Ida Williams, Economist on the Research Team at Cirrus Capital; and Khensani Nobanda, Group Chief Marketing Officer at Nedbank Group, alongside a roster of Namibian and African industry leaders and practitioners.
Speaking on the significance of the conference, Nedbank Namibia PR & Communications Manager, Selma Kaulinge said:
"At Nedbank Namibia, we believe that MSMEs are the backbone of our economy and key drivers of innovation, employment, and sustainable growth. The Nedbank Future of Business Conference provides an important platform for entrepreneurs and business leaders to access valuable insights, build meaningful networks, and explore opportunities that can help them grow and future-proof their businesses. We are proud to support an initiative that empowers Namibian enterprises with the knowledge, connections, and inspiration needed to thrive in an evolving business landscape."
Stefan Hugo, Director at Future Media, one of the driving forces behind the conference, highlighted the importance of connection and long-term impact:
"The conference is about connecting people and businesses - forging relationships
and driving real transactions. We're grateful to our partners for making it possible. Our focus is on high-quality content that delivers genuine value, and on ensuring the learnings reach beyond the room. Ultimately, we want the conference to be a powerful enabler of the MSME community and a driver of economic growth in Namibia -because job creation has to happen through that."
The one-day conference costs N$800 per delegate and includes access to all sessions, breakfast and lunch, and Future of Business's signature cocktail evening featuring live entertainment and networking with fellow business leaders.
