Nedbank and Spar beach clean-up
As revellers flock to the popular coastal resorts during the festive season, our beaches are often left in a state far worse than found in the first place. Often the mess is left to overworked municipal workers to clean up, but the 2015 festive season would be different, thanks to the corporate support of Nedbank Namibia and Spar.
For the duration of the festive period, two branded Land-Rover vehicles, with the aid of energetic volunteers, would scour the beaches from Henties Bay to Walvis Bay to ensure that they are cleared of all the refuse left by partygoers.
