Polytech of Namibia
The Polytechnic of Namibia hosted its 19th annual HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign on 09-10 September 2015 on the Polytechnic campus, Windhoek Namibia under the theme: UNITE TO FIGHT HIV & TB.
Ms. Gerry Rantseli- Elsdon, TB Goodwill Ambassodor and well-known media personality and celebrity in South Africa officiated as keynote speaker at the event.
The Polytechnic invited Ms. Rantseli-Esldon in her capacity as the TB Goodwill Ambassador in South Africa to portray the “positive face of TB” and share from her experience when she was diagnosed with TB herself and the road to recovery. She is a true mover and shaker for changing minds, helping bring dignity to those vulnerable people who most need it.
