1. The promoter

Nedbank Namibia Limited, registration number 73/04561 runs this competition.

2. Competition period

The competition starts on 7 April 2026 and ends at 23:55 on 21 April 2026 (competition period).

3. Who can and cannot participate in the competition

3.1 A participant must:

3.1.1 be 18 years older.

3.1.2 have a Namibian ID and/or Valid Passport.

3.2 Our employees (including temporary and contract employees), their direct families (spouse & children), associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors may not participate in the competition.

3.3 The standard terms and conditions of the selected card type shall apply.

4. How to enter

4.1 The participants must comment with their money management tool option from the options provided on the Get Money Fit competition post posted on the Nedbank Namibia official Facebook page.

4.2 Add #GetMoneyFit at the end of their comment.

4.3 Only one entry is permitted per individual.

4.4 Account must be in good standing.

6. Selection of the winners

6.1 A random computer-generated draw will be conducted to select the winner on 24 April 2026. The draw will take place via Microsoft Teams and will be recorded.

6.2 If you win, the following applies:

6.2.1 You will receive the prize only once we have verified and confirmed your details, including your compliance with these terms and conditions.

6.2.2 We will send you a direct message via your social-media account within five (5) business days of the draw date and ask for your contact details (for example your email address and cellphone number).

6.2.3 We will try to contact you a maximum of three (3) times. If we cannot get hold of you after the third (3^rd) try, you will automatically forfeit the prize, and we will choose a new winner.

6.2.4 To take part in the competition, you must be KYC‑compliant in line with regulatory requirements. If you are not KYC‑compliant, your entry will be forfeited.

6.2.4 We will not be responsible for any technical failures affecting your participation in the competition or if your entry has been left out of participation.

6.2.5 In the event of a dispute, the Nedbank’s decision will be final and binding, following a fair assessment of all relevant information. Participants may submit queries regarding the decision, which Nedbank will acknowledge and consider.

6.2.6 All costs or expenses relating to the prize that have not been mentioned here are excluded.

6.2.7 We will not be responsible for any delays in your taking up the prize.

6.2.8 We will not be responsible for any additional conditions that third parties impose.

6.2.9 We will give the prize directly to you and not to anyone else, and we will not replace it with cash.

6.2.10 We will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver any part of the prize resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control. We will let you know as soon as reasonably possible if your prize is affected in this way.

6.2.11 We reserve the right to replace the prize at any time with another of similar commercial value.

6.2.12 Prizes will not be transferable.

6.2.13 All the information about the competition, including information that is published in any competition material, is part of these terms and conditions.

6.2.14 By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We have the right to update them and, if we do, we will post the updated terms and conditions on our website.

6.2.15 These terms and conditions are available on our website default (nedbank.com.na) throughout the competition period.

6.2.16 If you win, Nedbank may ask you to consent in writing to endorsing, promoting and advertising any of our services at no fee. You may decline this request, but Nedbank will still give you the prize.

6.2.17 By entering the competition, you acknowledge that the personal information that we need for this competition will be shared with us and our agents. We will use your personal information only in line with Namibia’s consumer and data protection legislation.

6.2.18 Nedbank may extend, shorten or cancel the competition immediately and without notice if Nedbank must do so by law or for reasons beyond Nedbank’s control. If this happens, you will give up any rights that you may have in terms of this promotion and you will have no recourse against us or our agents, contractors, or sponsors as a result of the extension, shortening, or cancellation.

6.2.19 We and our directors, employees, agents and suppliers will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your participation in the competition, or for any accident, injury, harm, damages, costs or death that you or any other person who participates in the prize sustains at any point during the fulfilment of the prize.
