Most Nedbank Namibia branches offer retail foreign exchange services. These include the sale of foreign currency traveller’s cheques, the purchase and sale of foreign bank notes, cashing foreign currency cheques and traveller’s cheques and assistance in travel-related exchange control issues.
Nedbank operates bureaux de change in Windhoek and Swakopmund, with the longest trading hours in Namibia, and there is no commission on buying and selling major currencies.
